With over 14 years of experience in the disability sector, Heath began my journey as a Disability Support Worker and progressed through leadership roles including Service Manager and Senior Manager for major South Australian providers. My background spans Day Options, Supported Independent Living, and In-Home Support, with a strong focus on building effective teams and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients. Driven by a deep passion for quality supports and NDIS navigation, Heath founded InVision Supports to provide compassionate, expert guidance to participants and their networks as they work toward achieving their goals.

Support Coordinator

Olivia has been working in the disability industry for over 10 years. Beginning as a support worker, Olivia found supporting participants living with a disability in the community & supported accommodation to be enjoyable & meaningful work. In recent years, Olivia has been working in an administrative capacity, developing a comprehensive understanding of NDIS funding, service agreements, information sharing practices & engaging participants to gather feedback on service satisfaction.

Meet Josh, Adelaide born and bred, Josh joins InVision Supports with more than 10 years of experience in the disability sector. Like Heath and Olivia, Josh began a career as a Disability Support Worker and has since progressed into a range of leadership roles.

Josh values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference not only in the lives of participants, but also for the families, carers and support networks who assist them every day.

Josh works collaboratively with participants and their support networks to develop practical, sustainable and stress-free support arrangements that promote independence, improve quality of life and help everyone involved feel more confident and supported.
